On December 8th, 2016 Ted Wiggans, NFU-NB President, and Amanda Wildeman, Executive Director of the NFU-NB, presented to the federal Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food for their study on the next Agricultural Policy Framework. The Framework will replace Growing Forward 2, and will determine where agricultural funding is allocated. In their presentation, they focused on three main topics: New Farmers, Business Risk Management, and Agri-Stability.
